Spring 2025 Clients
Unibaio
Unibaio, Inc. develops technology that enables farmers to grow more crops with fewer chemicals. Its first product, TurboCharge™, is entering large-scale pilots with apple producers in New York, while its core ingredient MCS™ is being positioned for global licensing with leading agrochemical companies.
SCC supported Unibaio at a pivotal moment as it transitioned from research to commercialization. The team:
i) Conducted customer discovery to understand the needs of apple and grape growers in Upstate New York
ii) Analyzed marketing and distribution channels
iii) Recommended service models to support farmer adoption
iv) Developed a prioritized market entry framework that assessed crop prices, pest severity, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments
Rafter
Rafter is a technology and services platform that helps homeowners take better care of their homes. Through data collection, assessments, and personalized care plans, Rafter guides homeowners in preventive maintenance, disaster preparedness, and ongoing improvements — making homeownership simpler and more sustainable.
SCC partnered with Rafter as it explored scaling from its initial 40 homes toward its goal of 300 by year-end. The team:
i) Conducted customer research, including surveys and interviews, to assess how well Rafter’s value proposition resonates with homeowners.
ii) Evaluated scaling models and produced Go-To-Market strategies.
Liberate The Block
Liberate The Block (LTB) is a startup advancing culturally relevant mental wellness and academic solutions for underserved students, staff, and faculty. Through consulting with 20+ universities, online courses, and books with over 1,500 organic sales, LTB has already impacted hundreds of students nationwide. Its next chapter includes the release of Lift As You Climb! and the development of Eco, an AI-powered tool to improve student belonging, mental health, and academic success.
SCC supported LTB by:
i) Evaluating the go-to-market strategy for Lift As You Climb!
ii) Conducting market research to guide the design and launch of Eco
iii) Creating a business plan to help LTB secure long-term university contracts and scale its impact nationwide.
Goalden Hour
Goalden Hour empowers individuals and teams to live more intentionally by turning meaningful goals into actionable steps. Its two core products are Goal Post, a platform for coaches to systemize client success and retention, and Goalden Hour, a client-facing productivity tool for managing goals, habits, and progress.
SCC worked with Goalden Hour to position Goal Post as the go-to platform for coaches and mentors. The team:
i) Identified target market segments
ii) Analyzed pain points in coaching and accountability
iii) Evaluated competitors to define a clear differentiation strategy.
iv) Developed a go-to-market roadmap, including pricing, messaging, and partnerships
Bantr
Bantr Collective Inc. is a social platform designed to reignite the community spark of TV by giving fans a space to connect, learn, and engage through curated, spoiler-free companion content and small-group discussions. Unlike streaming platforms, Bantr focuses on conversation and community-building around episodes, not hosting shows themselves.
SCC partnered with Bantr to design a go-to-market strategy for its Spring 2025 launch at Cornell, with a scalable playbook for other campuses. The team:
i) Developed tailored marketing and engagement tactics tied to the academic calendar
ii) Researched content formats best suited for popular genres
iii) Created partnership strategies with campus organizations and influencers
iv) Conducted customer discovery and competitor benchmarking
